Segmented Numeric Form Fragment

This fragment was originally developed for a meter reading use case, hence the image. While this is still a valid use for this fragment, it can be used for the entry of any segmented numerical input. It has been altered to make it work with a Liferay Form Container rather than standalone. In addition to changing the colours, you can control the number of integer and decimal digits and whether or not to include labels below them.
