This utility will help developer when they want to keep their empty tags in CkEditor while creating content.
Blank Tag will be helpful when its come to create any arrow icon OR creating carousal like structure.
When you deploy this on your DXP then onwards ckeditor will not remove empty tags after saving the content and re-opening it.
