Descrição
Simple starts LDAP server (based on Apache DS) as liferay plugin. It is
not integrated with Liferay's User database by default, but it is:
1. Started the plugin deployed or liferay started;
2. Stopped then plugin undeployed and liferay stopped;
3. Stored LDAP data in liferay's data folder under liferay - easy to backup data together with other liferay files.
So, you do not need configure separate service to have LDAP to setup standard LDAP integration in Liferay.
