Fitbit Display Plugin
DXP App
The Dunn Solutions + Liferay Fitbit Portlet will provide your Liferay
platform a way to quickly and easily display user's Fitbit data such as
Steps, Heartbeat, and Sleep Patterns. More detailed instructions on how
to setup your website to use the Fitbit API can be found in a ReadMe
available in the downloaded JAR.
Once deployed and configured, users will be able to synchronize their Fitbit and view their weekly steps, heartrate and sleep patterns on your site. Once a user has synced their Fitbit device to the portlet, it will then show the user data as visualizations on your portal page, in real-time. The Portlet is mobile responsive and will display on phones, tablets and desktops. All colors can be configured in the portlets configuration, allowing the portlet to match your portals color scheme.
If you wish to extend on the functionality of this portlet, please reach out to Dunn Solutions, a Platinum Liferay Services and Training Provider, at info@dunnsolutions.com.
