The Terms Of Use Utility adds to the default terms of use functionality built into Liferay 6.2. by permitting administrators to perform the following functions:
1. Immediately reset/accept a terms of use by Role, Group or Company;
2. Update groupId and articleId providing terms of use (runtime & properties file);
3. Determine how many users have accepted terms of service (by Role, Group, or Company).
