Liferay's Japanese Localization hook customizes Liferay Portal for Japanese users and administrators. With respect to user name input fields and user name display, the hook properly lists the user's surname first and drops the use of any middle name. In addition, the hook adjusts Liferay Portal to use Japanese compatible address fields. Form Fragment that displays smiley faces for feedback collection.

It is designed for use within a Form Display and connects to an Object field, mapping smiley face selections to Picklist values.
In order to collect the values, create a Picklist with the same values in this fragment (grinning, happy, neutral, sad and angry)and have it connected to a Select field in your custom Object.
